Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your 8'x8' Step and Repeat Banner; however, due to the custom nature of printed graphics, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please inspect your banner and stand immediately upon arrival to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards.

Return Process

    Notify Our Support Team

    Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any defects or damage to your custom banner or hardware.

    Provide Photographic Evidence

    Email clear photos of the identified issue along with your order number so our quality control team can review the printing or structural error.

  • 3.
    Receive Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the items back to our facility.

  • 4.
    Processing and Replacement

    After receiving the returned unit, we will expedite the production of a replacement banner or stand to ensure your event branding is ready as soon as possible.
